Anthony is currently the CEO of Covenant House Texas with a responsibility of close to 100 employees and more than $50 Million on its balance sheet. In addition, he is the CEO/Founder of Amazing CEO, an Executive Coaching and Business Consulting practice that he scaled to 7-figures in just 5 years with a phone and a laptop. In his early years, Anthony was a leader with numerous Fortune 100 Giants (e.g. RJ Reynolds and 3M) and has been a pioneering executive in several multi-million dollar ventures. He has spoken before tens of thousands of people for countless corporations, small businesses, Harvard University, Georgia Tech, Emory University, 2x TEDx and more. He has also been featured on major media outlets via tv, radio, podcasts and keynote addresses. He has authored three books. Zero to Seven Figures: Start Your Business, Overcome Barriers, Scale Profitably; The Happiness Map: Finding Fulfillment in Life and Work; The Execution Pipeline: A Step By Step Guide To Moving Your Business Idea From Dream To Reality.

Anthony graduated from the The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program in 2017 where he won 1st place for the business pitch competition. Anthony's favorite thing in the world to do is spend time with his wife of 24 years along with his son and daughter. Additionally, he loves reading, physical fitness and coaching emerging leaders.
